Dear Coach, Wrestlers, and Parents,

The World Class Wrestling School and ASICS have combined resources to move the sport of wrestling to a higher level of instruction and training excellence. No other wrestling camp compares to the Institute's proven system of instruction or high level of success. Wrestlers from around the world have attended our School. During the summer of 2002, wrestlers of all ages came from 36 different states.



Hundreds of state champions have come out of our programs over the past 23 years. More importantly, in the year 2002 we had former campers win 4 High School individual National Championships.



We know that our students are going to learn a great deal of wrestling. Our system of instruction virtually guarantees that. We also want campers and their parents to know that our number one priorty is to have a safe camp and supervise our programs better than any other camp on the market.



For 23 years we have offered one of the finest Wrestling Schools in the United States. We have continually elevated wrestling camp instruction to a higher level of learning. Our primary goal is to continue improving what we already offer and provide the most productive system for teaching wrestling at all levels. We have pooled all of our experience, knowledge and resources to design a Wrestling Institute that will be the model for Intensive Wrestling Camps many years into the future. We have worked hundreds of hours designing a training system that produces both measurable and very specific results.



Please do not confuse us with other Intensive training camps. Those camps generally last 7 days to one month. Their approach is typically very aggressive concerning the physical, mental and emotional demands placed on campers. This may have positive benefits for a few. However, it is not the philosophy of our Wrestling Institute.



As you read through this web site, you will see how every aspect of our different programs has a specific purpose and is designed to produce a specific result. You will find certain aspects to be revolutionary. However, most importantly, our Institute is designed to serve each student's individual needs. We use a scientific and proven approach that will help our students maximize their capabilities in the six most important areas of wrestling. We focus on teaching specific techniques based on individual evaluations, strength training, conditioning, strategy, weight control and mental preparation.



The amount of learning and individualized training at the Institute is unsurpassed. It will be a powerful and very positive learning experience students in all of our programs.
